Terms of Delivery
If the ordered items are available in our stocks, your order will be shipped within five (5) business days. In the case where your items are not available in our stocks, it might take up to ten (10) business days for your order to be shipped. The projected timelines may vary depending on the intensity of the production. If your order cannot be sent within the specified periods, you will be notified accordingly.
Following the order’s confirmation, a change in the order or/and order cancellation cannot be realized and you can follow through with the return/exchange processes.
Warranty and Repair
Our products are under our warranty for twelve (12) months after the date of purchase.
As FOEN, our priority is meeting your quality expectations with our products. In case you need any repairs regarding the products you’ve purchased, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We offer free repairs for manufacturing defects during the warranty period. The warranty does not cover damages caused by the customer’s improper, unusual or defective use. Requests for length reduction / expansion or repairs on manufacturing defects will require extra charges once the warranty period is over.
When submitting your request, please include your name, surname, contact information, address and the reason for the repair request. Shipping costs for the repair processes will not be covered by FOEN unless they are under warranty coverages. You will also be informed when the repair process is completed.
Conditions of Return
You can return your products within fourteen (14) days after you receive your order and request a full refund. To return the products, you must contact us through email@example.com with your name, surname, contact information, address and reason for return.
You must return the product within ten (10) days at the latest after submitting your request. Once the product is received by FOEN, it will be reviewed for eligibility for return. To be eligible for a full refund please make sure to return your product with the invoice, box, packaging, certificate and standard accessories of the product, as well as the by-products gifted with the order, if any, in the original form delivered to you, unused and without any damages. Otherwise, the return of the product will not be accepted, and the product will be returned to you at your expense.
Returns within Turkey are free of charge and we will provide the information of the courier company specified for the return. For orders made outside of Turkey, charges for the return process will be covered by the customer. If your return request is reliable and all the conditions are met, it will be processed without any fees or liability.
Under the legal regulations of circumstances that are beyond the scope, individual pieces designed for special orders will not qualify for a return. For all our rings, which are made-to-order, we will not be accepting cancellation, returns or modifications after your order is finalized.
